医者の不養生
不養生というか過酷。ずいぶん酷い話ですね。
小さい頃に医者をやっていた叔父が真夜中であっても何かあれば病院に行くという事を聞いていた。
医者って大変なんだ、という事と立派だなぁ。と漠然と思っていた。
IT関連のデスマーチとかも酷いですけどね。
でもプログラムは納品越えれば、というのはあるし。
この場合は構造的にマンパワーが足りないから、終わりがない忙しさですよね。
患者として病院に行く人間としては徹夜を強いられた医師から診断とか、ちょっと怖いですね。
徹夜続いて参っているとしても誤診とか勘弁してくれですし。
無論それが自分の職業に対する真摯な態度の結果なのは判るのですが。
何らかの行政的なレベルでの対処が必要ですよね・・・
